Postpartum Doula

Having a baby is hard work! New moms and families need TLC, R & R, and the freedom from worries about “stuff” such as laundry or meals. It can be overwhelming in the beginning. My goal as a postpartum doula is a well-rested and confident mom, one who’s regained her strength and equilibrium and is ready for the wonderful blessings her new baby will bring. As an experienced doula I will care for mom and baby, answer questions and provide additional help when needed. I am calm and kind, efficient, organized and reliable.I have Infant and Adult CPR, First Aid and TrustLine certifications; in addition to DONA doula training I have CNA and HHA training and work experience. I am available for days, nights, weekends and for travel.Thank you for looking.
