This is my passion! I’ve been providing personalized pre-and-post natal care and service to my families and clients since 2000. I offer childbirth classes, birth and postpartum doula services, baby wearing and infant massage instruction, prenatal massage, and aromatherapy to support you on your journey through parenthood. I began my passion and journey into childbirth in 2000 as a Certified Bradley Childbirth Educator, and I’ve worked with hundreds of new families’ throughout San Diego. I’ve been a Birth Doula since 2000, and have welcomed hundreds of babies into the world at home, birth centers, and hospitals throughout San Diego, but the wonderment of birth never gets old!

I teach private and small group childbirth classes in San Diego and 4S Ranch, but I’m available for private instruction in your home as well. Seeing a tremendous need for support and education not only through my client’s pregnancy but afterwards during the postpartum period of adjustment, I am trained as a Postpartum and Birth Doula through DONA, so that I could offer even more support to the new family. A Prenatal Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist since 2007, I specialize in holistic therapy and aromatherapy to help the laboring mother through her pregnancy and labor.

Assisting the pregnant woman and her birth team through the pregnancy, and to see them experience the unforgettable, beautiful birth they were so grateful to achieve is tremendously fulfilling for me. My happiest, most fulfilling moments are when I see a new life come into the world, and then to watch two people join their lives with this new one and become a family.
