I’m a Postpartum Certified Doula, a Certified Lactation Counselor, and a Certified Educator of Infant Massage. I love being able to help parents adjust to life with a newborn, whether it be information about baby care, meal preparation, or help with siblings. I can give you information about breastfeeding or bottle feeding. I can do light household cleaning and baby laundry. You’ll be able to relax, rest with your baby, and recover from childbirth.

Parents are confronted with a wide range of information about baby care and feeding. Getting to know and understand your baby will help you decide what makes sense to you. One way to do this is by massaging your baby. The close eye-to-eye and skin-to-skin contact through infant massage allows you to get to know your child’s temperament, help soothe your baby, and enhance the bond between you.
