Rachel Vence
Pregnant 2 Parent & San Diego Hypnobabies
Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis Instructor, Hypnobabies Certified Hypno-Doula, Certified Childbirth Educator, Certified Lactation Educator/Counselor and a mother of 3 amazing children.
Rachel is an energetic and engaging childbirth educator and doula. She believes that every woman should have a doula if she so chooses. Her role is to physically support the mother with any and all comfort techniques and emotionally support her and her family through their unique birth journey.
Rachel is a Hypnobabies Hypnosis for Childbirth Instructor. Hypnobabies is a very successful 6 week complete childbirth education course using Gerald Kein’s Painless Childbirth techniques instead of simple relaxation, breathing or guided imagery. This allows our Hypno-Moms to enjoy “Eyes Open Childbirth Hypnosis”, easily remaining deeply in hypnosis while walking, talking, changing positions; being as mobile as they would like to be during childbirth. We are famous for much shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, making childbirth the joyful experience it was meant to be.
Rachel also volunteers her time with Operation Special Delivery.
