I became a Doula because I have a true passion for the pregnancy and birthing process. I want to empower women to have the best labor and birth experience they can possibly have based on the choices they make. I want to do my part in lowering the c-section rates in America and Doulas are one of the key components to making this happen! I am located in the central San Diego area and will help women and their families most anywhere in the County.
